  • 1 cup rice basmati, or any long grain rice
  • 1.75 cups chicken stock

Put rice in an oven-proof skillet. Add butter and, melt and coat the grains of rice. Add stock and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and place in a pre-heated 350 oven. Bake 17 minutes.
