  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cannola oil
  • 2 cups dried fruit, almonds, etc

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk honey, cannola oil, vanilla extract, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Pour mixture over oats, spread oats on a large baking pan lined with parchament paper and bake 20 minutes. Allow to cool then add in the dried fruit, almonds, etc. Store in tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
