  • 2 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 heaping cup cheddar cheese grated

*Preheat oven to 400 1. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in medium bowl using pastry cutter or large fork. Don't mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter ~ the size of a pea. Add cheese, milk, garlic powder. Mix by hand until combined-don't overmix. 2. Drop ~1/4 cup portion of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 3. Bake 15-17 minutes or til tops begin to turn light brown. 4. When take them out, melt butter and stir in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and parsley flakes. Use brush to spread mix on biscuits.
