  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 package mccormick beef stew mix

Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; Simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional flour, if desired.
