Slice garlic thin. Cook garlic in olive oil to starting to brown. Throw in peppers and cook for a minute. Throw in pasta. Oil will fully distribute into pasta. Fry until alittle crisp.just for a few minutes. Top with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
