  • 12 large eggs
  • 10 pounds flour
  • 2 1/2 ounces salt
  • 3 ounces baking soda
  • 6 ounces baking powder
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 galon milk
  • 1/2 galon buttermilk

combine and mix all powders (flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda,sugar) on a separate container mix eggs and oil pour on to the flour mix and add the butermilk and regular milk, mix until smooth, portion and stored in fridge.
