Brown the beef, drain the fat, & put it in crock pot. Add the other ingredients, except the beans. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs. Stir every hour or two. Add the beans about 1 hour before you serve it. (**NOTE: Des sometimes throws in diced tomatoes in place of some of the stewed. Other veggies can be added like carrots or celery. Served Cincinnati style, with elbow macaroni noodles, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onion. Don't forget cornbread muffins)
