1) Sift all dry ingredients and set aside 2) In separate bow, combine wet ingredients and mix till well blended 3) Add wet mixture to dry and mix just till moistened 4) Fold-in nuts and cranberries last. Bake at 350 degrees in sprayed loaf pan about 30 to 40 minutes, or when toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for about an hour then turn out of pan to finish cooling. Wrap in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator.
