1. Over med high heat melt butter. Add onion carrot salt and cook. Until the onions soften, abt 5 min. Add garlic and stir continuously 1 min. 2. Add brother, broccoli, bay leaf and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce to low. Simmer covered until broccoli and carrots are tender , abt 15-20 min. 3. Remove bay leave turn heat off. Blend soup. Add tahini and chèvre and blend again. 4. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Keep warm until ready to serve.
