1. Add olive oil and saute ginger, then onion, carrots, and celery. 2. Add potatoes, clam juice, broth, Old Bay and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes tender. 3. Add fish, mushrooms, and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add white wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with hearty bread.
