  • 1 lb pork bacon chopped

Rinse and cut vegetables. Pre heat oven to 350 and place bacon pieces in for about 10-12 mins. Take out and drain. Put EVOO in pan over med high heat add cabbage. It will cook down for about 5mins. Add onions, peppers , garlic, and seasonings. Once veges are translucent, add bacon pieces and broth. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to a low simmer for about 10-12 mins, stirring occasionally.
