1.) slice Serrano peppers, and dice red onion 2.) melt butter in skillet and sauté peppers and onions 3.) when peppers and onions are sautéed, add in breakfast sausage. Cook through until brown. 4.) while sausage and veggies are cooking, scramble eggs, add milk into eggs while scrambling( this makes them light and fluffy) also, add chili powder to eggs/milk. 5.) when sausage is browned through, add egg scramble to skillet. 6.) when eggs are cooked through, remove from heat serve and enjoy! 7.) sides could include hash browns, or toast with Mom's homemade jelly. EX.) I also enjoy a hot cup of coffee, and orange juice with mine. You'll be full after this, but you'll wish you weren't because it tastes so good!!
