  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 5 pounds potatoes peeled and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter for top

Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add rest of ingredients. Beat till light and fluffy. Place in 9 by 13 pan. Cool and refrigerate until ready to bake. Before baking, dot with 2 Tbsp butter. Bake @350 for 30 minutes.
