Steam clams to open, scrape out clams. Chop and set aside. Wash shells. Heat olive oil, add garlic, onion, mushrooms and parsley. Add bread crumbs, cheese, clams, clam juice, lemon juice, black and red pepper, wine. Mix together and stuff half shells with mixture.
