1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1/3 cup red onion (diced)
3 mangos (chopped)
3/4 cup chopped english cucumber (optional)
1-3 jalapenos (seeded deveined, minced (1 for very mild))
