I always have this on hand to top my vanilla yogurt and frozen fruit.

  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup canola oil scant
  • 1/8 cup molasses
  • 1 cup raw pepita or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped almonds or mixed nuts
  • add after baking:
  • 1 cup raisins and/or craisins or dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips if desired, to coat pieces

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 GLASS baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Add dried fruit and, if desired, chocolate chips, and store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. (For a half batch, bake 35 minutes.)
