1. Heat oil in a frying pan to a medium heat 2. Brown the beef 3. Add cumin, garlic, salt, pepper & chilli and fry for 5 min 4. Add stock and tomato paste and simmer until reduced by half (6-7 min) 5. Add salt coriander and turn down heat 6. Cook your eggs however you like 7. Serve mince topped with the eggs, tomato, avocado, tomato and yogurt (optional)
