This bowl is a superstar among healthy soups. I created this recipe for a client who wanted to target vitamin and mineral deficiencies without supplements. One serving this soup provides a FULL 100% daily value (DV) Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Copper and Manganese.<br><br> All ingredients create a wonderful, rich broth that is soothing, generally good prevention and healing for when we feel down or have a cold.
