  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 32 ounces frozen hash browns
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 13x9 pan, stir together melted butter and hash browns. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Place the pan in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir once more to evenly distribute the ingredients. Throw back in the oven for 45 minutes or until top is browned. Serve and enjoy!
