Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
I double the batch and freeze (with a piece of wax paper in between each waffle in a Ziploc bag) and then toast on setting 5 in my toaster, after breaking the waffle into 4 pieces.

Beat eggs until light and fluffy (5 minutes).
Add in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking power, salt, & vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour into greased waffle iron on setting 4 and heat until steaming stops or waffle iron beeps.
