  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese( i used amul cheese cubes)
  • chopped cilantro as per desired quantity
  • bread crumbs/ground oats for rolling

Finely mash potatoes and add oregano, grated garlic,chopped cilantro, black pepper powder, salt, corn, cornflour and grated cheese.Mix well and make small balls from this mixture.Make a paste of 2 tbsp all purpose flour and water to make a thick paste.Roll these balls in dry all purpose flour then the paste and the roll these in breadcrumbs.Deep fry In hot oil till golden in colour.
