These are DELICIOUS! They are a hit at parties. I freeze them and then warm them up at 350F for 15 minutes.

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 10 ounces spinach 1 package frozen & thawed
  • 1 box puff pastry 2 sheets

Combine cream cheese, monterey jack cheese, garlic powder, & onion. Squeeze the spinach in a towel, until all the juice drains. Add to cream cheese mixture. Unroll puff pastry and brush both sides with egg & water mixture. Pat the cream cheese mixture on the pastry, until evenly distributed. Roll into a pinwheel and slice. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
