  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 2 1/2 cups spelt or gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed, ripe bananas add to bananas
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee add to bananas
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar or honey, add to butter
  • 1 egg add to butter/sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

stir flour and other dry ingredients together set aside. beat butter and sugar until mixed. Add coffee/bananas and continue mixing. Add egg and mix. stir in flour mixture gently. don't overmix. add choc chips. Put in greased pans. Bake 25-30 min. in 350(F) oven
