  • 1 tablespoon dried onion or 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh onion
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomato (i used tuttorosso)
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes or 1 (10 oz) can rotel
  • 1 packet sweetener (optional)
