  • 1/4 scallions, chopped fine
  • &frac23 cup shredded cheese i use colby jack or cheddar, but use whatever kind you like.
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup bread crumbs: plain italian or panko. use whatever kind of bread crumbs you want.
  • 1 oil for frying enough to cover fritters while deep frying.
