  • 1/2 tablespoon marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate chips of choice melted
  • 2 extra marshmallows for decorating (sliced in three parts

Whisk the egg, milk, cinnamon and sweetener in a bowl.Dip bread (one at a time) into egg wash. Cook both toasts on a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking oil spray until browned on both sides. Remove from pan.Spread toasts with marshmallow fluff.
