Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flours, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.Pour molasses and beer into flour bowl and mix until combined.Pour batter into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Pour melted Earth Balance on top.Bake 50-55 minutes until golden brown and toasty on top and set through. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Slice and enjoy!
