My wife bought a new electric grill and after hunting around for vegetables to do I found these, they sounded good and they were.

  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut in 3/4 in. thick slices

Plug in and generously spray an electric grill with butter flavoured cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. (hot) Meanwhile, pour Italian dressing in a shallow saucer. In another shallow saucer, cmbine flour, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. First dip the tomato slices int the Italian dressing, then into the flour mixture to coat both sides. Evenly arrange coated tomato slices on prepared grill. Lightly spray top of tomato slices with cooking spray. Grill for 6 - 8 minutes turning once. Serve at once.
