Spray 8" skillet with olive oil cooking spray Add veggies & cilantro (optional) and saute lightly on medium heat. Whisk eggs and add them to the veggie mixture and scramble. When cooked through, plate the eggs and top with hot sauce and pepper, garnish with cilantro.
