In a large microwave safe bowl, combine oats, almond milk, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt and cook in microwave on HIGH power 2 - 3 minutes stirring once halfway through cooking (2 minutes for quick oats, 3 minutes for old fashioned oats).
