Peel, wash and finely grate carrots. Place grated carrots into a small bowl. Add finely shredded cheese. Then add mayonnaise. Press garlic. Mix it all together until all well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well again.Slice the bouquet. Place one full rounded table spoon of carrot and cheese mix onto each bread slice. Garnish with dill (optional, but does gives delicious taste and aroma). Serve and enjoy. These canapés can be made up to six hours ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve.
