  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3 containers buttermilk biscuit dough (non flaky) - i like this

Preheat oven to 350FPop the biscuit containers open and cut all the biscuit rounds into quarters.In a large bowl mix cinnamon and sugar together. Add biscuit dough and toss throughly. Put sugared dough in a nonstick bundt pan like this one. Reserve.Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, whisking till melted and combined. Pour over biscuits.Place biscuits in oven and cook till puffed up and golden brown - about 35 minutes.Remove biscuits from oven and let cool at least 15 minutes.Meanwhile make icing by whisking together confectioner's sugar, butter, vanilla and milk.Turn monkey bread out on a large plate. Drizzle with icing. Enjoy.
