  • 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • sweetener to taste (i used 1/2 teaspoon thm super
  • sprinkle of cinnamon optional
  • 1-1/2 cups of water for the pot

Pour water in your empty pot and set aside. Using a pint size jar, pour in all ingredients in the order given. Cover top of jar with a piece of aluminum foil and place in the pot. Set manually for 6 minutes. Allow your pressure cooker to release pressure naturally. Using a pot holder or oven mitt , carefully take out jar and set it on the counter to cool for a few minutes. Once cool enough to touch, stir oatmeal and enjoy!
