  • 1/2 cup non-fait plain greek yogurt (or full fat or 2%, whatever you desire)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. almond butter or peanut butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries (or other fruit)
