Cut bagels into 2" pieces place into 8x8 pan.Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla & cinnamon until combined. Pour over bagel pieces.Cover and refrigerate overnight.The next day- preheat oven to 350Top french toast with fruit.Mix butter, flour and brown sugar in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over top.Bake 30-40 minutes or until set.Serve topped with whipped cream or maple syrup!
