Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 2 to 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray.In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, garlic salt, and pepper until scrambled. Add the ricotta and parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth. Add the broccoli to the bowl. Stir to evenly coat the broccoli in the cheese mixture.Pour the broccoli into the baking dish and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the broccoli. Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
