Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.If you don't have a small ovenproof dish that will hold the avocados upright, slice off a tiny bit of each round side, so they will sit flat in your baking dish.Place the avocados, flesh side up, in a baking dish.Depending upon the size of your eggs, scoop out just enough of the avocado to make sure the entire small egg fits inside the hole. Crack egg into avocado hole and season with salt, pepper and your seasoning of choice.Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the egg has fully set.
