  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/4 - 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter sunflower seed butter, or coconut butter
  • 1 (1/2 to 1-inch) chunk fresh ginger root (peeled)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
