1. Mix everything together and leave in a warm spot to rise. I let this go at least an hour and sometimes 2. 2. Beat it down after risen and put on a floured surface to roll out. 3. Split it into 4 equally sized balls and roll each one out to about 1/4" thick. Should just cover the bottom of a 10" cast iron skillet when done. 4. Heat on the stove to medium or medium high, depends on your stove. 5. Spray the skillet with oil and cook your breads. 6. They'll bubble up kind of like pancakes and then it's time to flip. About 3 minutes or so on each side.
