Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.Wash up your broccoli, cut off the florets and chop them into small pieces. Smaller pieces work best because they roast up quicker.Toss the broccoli onto a roasting pan, drizzle it with some olive oil, a few pinches of sea salt and mix it all together.The amount of sea salt and olive oil you add is really to taste.Roast the broccoli in the pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.We tend to like ours broccoli a bit on the al dente side, so we only roast our broccoli for 8 minutes.There you have it.
