- 1 tbsp garlic (fresh cloves minced, about 3-4)
- 1 tsp sambal chili paste
- 1 tsp chili oil (i used 1.5 tsp for some extra heat, adjust per taste)
- 1/4 lbs buckwheat soba noodles
- 1/2 lbs tofu
- 2 green onion (scallions thin sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- jalapeno (or fresno pepper for garnish, both optional)
