Heat milk to about 105ºSprinkle yeast into the warm milk, and stir it up to soften.Set asideBeat eggs with a fork in a large bowlAdd oil, vanilla, and sugarMix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl.Add the yeast and milk that you mixed together in step one, into the egg/oil/sugar mix.Add flour ingredient, and mix well.Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least an hour (I ended up letting mine go for two hours - but it was cold in my kitchen)Heat waffles iron, and cook waffles as you normally would without stirring the risen batter down insofar as possible.Enjoy!
