The best coleslaw recipe I have ever made, and I am picky about coleslaw! It is creamy but has a wonderful tang to it. This goes beautifully with my Pulled Pork and Finger Lickin' BBQ Chicken recipes (see my recipe box)! Serves 8 as a sandwich topper, about 4 as a side dish.

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 bag (14 oz. bag) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper (more or less to taste)
