Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Mix in the almond butter, applesauce, soy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, oats, and cinnamon. Pour the dry ingredients into the large bowl, and mix together.
