  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal (i used steel cut)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free brown sugar (mine was made with gentle adjust as needed.)
