Place milk, salt and pepper and chopped potatoes into TM bowl Cook for 20 minutes at 100oC on speed 1 Ensure potatoes are well cooked before mashing They are well cooked when they start to fall apart Do not mash undercooked potatoes as they wil be very gluey Insert butterfly Add the butter Mash for 20-30 seconds on speed 3-4 GENERAL TIPS You can mash without the butterfly To add butterfly simply move potatoes to side of bowl to insert securely For smaller quantities, simply reduce the amount of potatoes and the liquid proportionately If reducing quantity, reduce the cooking time by approx 5 minutes
