  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (i use unbleached)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts ((pecans are best))
