This is my go to DRY MIX for pancakes and waffles. It makes 3 batches. I just make it, divide it up into 3 batches, and toss it in the freezer for when I need it.

  • 6 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Combine all the ingredients into a lidded container. Shake well to mix. One batch is about 2 1/4 cups. Use the mix within 3 months or freeze for up to 6 months. Shake container BEFORE taking a batch out.
