  • 2 medium onions chopped

  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 lb beef cubes, i usually cut them even smaller than they come from the grocery
  • 1 16-oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbl tomato paste

  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed (up to 5)
  • 4 carrots sliced (up to 5)
