  • 1 container (5.3 oz ) silk vanilla dairy-free yogurt alternati
  • 1/2 cup kashi golean crunch! honey almond flax cereal
  • 1/2 berries of choice (i used blackberries and raspberries)

Add Silk yogurt alternative to small jar (amount will depend on the size of your jar). Remember these are MINI parfaits, perfect serving sizes for children for breakfast or as a snack for an adult. My jars are pretty small, so I added a couple of tablespoons. Add Kashi cereal on top of yogurt alternative layer. Add another layer of Silk yogurt alternative. Top with berries.
